Artsyville Embellishments Crystal Clear Crackle 
 
Crystal Clear Crackle by ArtsSyVille Embellishments dries to a hard, clear, glossy nonabsorbent surface with a "cracked porcelain" pattern. Either apply a glaze or pigments over the top to enhance the crackles. 
 
Crystal Clear Crackle is a 2 part process.  Apply one layer of Cracking Size and allow to dry. Then apply the Crystal Clear Crackle for a beautiful clear porcelain style crackle
Great for use over foils, decoupage papers, transfers and paint.
