The APS Metallic Foils provide an easy way to add that extra sparkle or pattern to your decorative projects.
Metallic Foils are made from a thin layer of non-reactive metallic sheets that are fused to a clear cellophane.
With this foil you transfer a clear film which holds a pattern over your coloured background rather than pure metallic pigments. These beautiful foils can be transferred to any surface of your choice with the help of our ArtsSyVille Embellishments Foil Adhesive or heat set with an iron (clothes). ** Textile Friendly Foil - works great on fabric. ** Size:30 cm x 100 cm - sold by the half metreExample: If you order quantity 3 you will receive 1.5m It is recommended that the APS foil adhesive or another foil size is used to apply these foils. They will not transfer when used with PVA glue.

Mesmerized Rub On Metallic Foil by APS
Full instructions are sent with your order, but here’s our recommended way to foil on wood:
1. Paint a base colour on your project - leave to dry for at least 24 hours
2. Apply a thin layer of the Artsyville Foil adhesive
3. Wait for the glue to go clear, and then dry to a tacky but dry feel - this will take at least 1 hour
4. Once tacky, place foil over surface with the pattern side facing up
5. Rub the foil with a cloth/toothbrush & peel back cellophane
6. Topcoat with a water based varnish
