How to use:
🔹Apply a layer of Redesign with Prima decoupage gel. 
🔹Lay the paper onto the glued surface
🔹Press out any air bubbles and push onto the glue using our transfer tool. 
🔹 For protection seal with a thin layer of the Decoupage Gel
