Mint by Michelle - Mint Finish
Mint by Michelle decoupage papers are printed on a thin paper created especially for furniture art and refurbishment, it is not a tissue paper.
We recommended using the Mint Finish by Mint by Michelle to adhere your paper to your project.
This is a specially formulated top coat varnish. Apply a liberal coat of the varnish to your project and working in small sections, flatten your paper onto the glue, smoothing out air bubbles and moving the varnish beneath. Once dried, apply a further coat of the varnish to the top of your project to act as a top coat.
Comes in both Matte and Shine finish
