Dixie Belle Best Dang Wax 4oz/10oz
This is a premium finishing wax, perfect for adding depth to your painted furniture whilst sealing and protecting the chalk paint.
One of the best on the market for both DIY makeovers and professional refinishing due to it water based, zero VOC formula. It is completely odourless and eco friendly and is perfect for indoor use.
Dixie Belle Paint Company’s signature wax has an ultra creamy buttery texture, and applies smoothly. Once buffed it does not leave a sticky residue.
Once cured the finish creates a water resistant durable top coat which gives your finish a soft subtle sheen with a hand waxed finish.
The clear wax can also be mixed with Dixie Belle paint colours to create your on tinted wax. It’s also great to use as an eraser if you apply too much of a coloured wax.
And if you decide to change the colour in the future? This wax is waterbased - so you can paint straight over the top without the struggle of removing the wax finish first!
How to apply:
1. Ensure your paint is 100% dry before beginning
2. Use a wax applicator like Dixie Belle Best Dang Brush or a lint free cloth, and spread a thin even layer across the surface.
3. Leave for 15 - 20 mins and then using a clean cloth, buff to a sheen.
Dry Time: 15 minutes to 1 hour.
Cure Time: 21 - 30 days
