Littlefairs wood stains are water based for easy clean up, eco friendly and non toxic with a low odour and quick drying - so super easy to use!
Made in the UK, these dyes penetrate the wood producing a positive grain effect unlike most stains which create a negative stain effect (whereby the softer area becomes darker as it absorbs more stain) Littlewood stains enhance the darker details of natural wood grain giving a more natural finish.
Matte when dry - bring to life with Little woods varnish top coats or natural wax.
NB Black Ebony should not be finished with a matte varnish as it can create a cloudy appearance.
Touch dry in approx 2 hours

Colours are representative only and we recommend purchasing a 15ml sample to check the colour before buying a 250ml bottle of stain, to test how the colour will shine on your choice of wood.
HOW TO USE:
Ensure wood is clean and free from previous finishes.
Do not apply the stain to wet surfaces, or those cleaned with white spirit.
Upturn and shake the stain bottle well, ensuring sediments are well mixed, and the liquid is a consistent colour.
Wearing protective gloves, apply the stain liberally along the grain with a brush or spray.
Each coat of stain will darken the finished colour
Wash out brushes with cold water after use.
Once dry, protect with varnish top coat, oils or wax
