A water based primer which is perfect for those difficult to paint surfaces, Pentart’s Bonding Primer will provide a bond between your project surface and the first layer of paint.

Use on shiny slick surfaces, non porous surfaces such as: laminated wood, glass, glazed ceramics, tiles, plastic, enamel, aluminium, copper, smelter, steel, iron, corroded metal, wood

Easy to use, spread evenly over your project and sand once dry if a smoother finish is required. For most projects we recommend just one coat but when applying to furniture, we recommend a second coat to ensure all areas are covered. 

Dry time 1-3 hours (24 hours on furniture)

Please note: this will NOT prevent tannin bleed through
