How to Use:
- Apply a layer of Decoupage Gel to your prepared surface
- Lay the tissue paper on the wet gel and smooth out, removing any bubbles
- Seal by applying another layer of Decoupage Gel over the top of the tissue paper
- Allow to dry completely for a permanent, durable finish
