How to Use:
Apply a layer of Decoupage Gel to your prepared surface
Lay the tissue paper on the wet gel and smooth out, removing any bubbles
Seal by applying another layer of Decoupage Gel over the top of the tissue paper
Allow to dry completely for a permanent, durable finish
Tip: Paper comes folded - use a cool iron to remove creases before application
