HOW TO USE:

1.Apply a layer of Decoupage Gel to the surface of your project

2. lay your paper on the glue and flatten out removing bubbles

3.seal by applying Decoupage Gel to the top of the tissue paper

 We recommend using Redesign With Prima decoupage gel available in matte or shine, with these papers
